The Old Courthouse is home to Shap Library Link which is managed by Cumbria County Council. It is an automated service with an easy to use check out and return machine. Books situated at other libraries within the county can be requested and returned through this library link at no charge.
There is usually a volunteer on hand to help with contacting the Penrith Library if any further information is needed.
